Pricing

Every project is different and has different requirements. That's why we prefer to give you the best possible project price for every potential project in order to combine the best possible quality with the lowest possible price under the given circumstances.

Full service translations start from €0.09 per word - this should only give you an idea of the costs involved - but prices will depend on the languages, the volume of work, the deadlines and other requirements involved. In general, higher volumes of work might lead to lower project prices. How this works, you'll find below under "Quotation".

 

Quotation

Within our business hours, we provide you with a quote for your project within two hours of receipt. All you have to do is to send us your text by email and include the following minimum requirements:

• Original and target language;
• Word count (if available);
• Proposed deadline;
• Additional requirements (e.g. CAT tool, special fonts, instructions, etc.)

We'll return a quote to you and include the required documentation (e.g. service agreement). The quote is binding, but a contract is only concluded once you've returned the order form to us, and once we've confirmed this with a confirmation email. We'll then start working on your project according to the agreed conditions.

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

Bank transfer (wire transfer);

PayPal including credit card payments via PayPal;

Cash or cheques from Irish citizens only;
